Dolly
is a blue crown conure, she is approximately ten years old. This is a
picture that gives me great enjoyment every day as it is set as my
wallpaper on laptop. This is one of her favorite pastimes - playing with
her bell. She frequently sticks her head in bell and sits there with it on
her head for peace time. I'm sure you and others will enjoy this photo as
much as I do every day I see it. She truly is a blessing to have and I
enjoy every minute with her.
I obtained Dolly from another owner that really was having problems with
her, I had her for two years now and she really has come around for me.
She now gives me kisses, and says "Hello" and "gimme kiss." She loves
mostly her bell, it's like her lifeline. She does have other toys but the
bell is her favorite along with her treat stick. She also loves when I'm
home and I give her free reign of apartment, when she can fly off her cage
and into living room etc. She does get territorial with me where she
doesn't like to see others hug and or kiss me. That is when she becomes
more aggressive where she might bite the person being affectionate with
me. Other than that, she is wonderful!
