This
is my little pet hamster, Nicole. She is a pearl winter white dwarf
hamster. She is five months old and lives with me and my family in San
Diego, California. Nicole is special because she is very sweet and always
nice even though sometimes she is sickly because she has diabetes. She
doesn't get to have any of the treats that most hamsters get because of
her diabetes, but that doesn't get her down. She gets excited when she
sees me coming with celery!
Everyone who sees Nicole instantly knows she is a girl because she is so
pretty! Her fur is very thick, soft and shimmery like a pearl. She loves
her wheel and her little igloo house. Nicole knows her name and comes
right to the door when she hears me call her. I hope she lives a long and
happy life because she is one in a million!
