My
hamster is a panda bear hamster. We named him Oreo, because he is black and
white like an Oreo, he is so much fun. He loves to be held, and loves to be
with us. He is so cute. My Hamster Oreo likes to sleep; he sleeps from 8 a.m.
to 6 p.m., that's almost the same amount of time I sleep. But when he sleeps I
dare not wake him up, or he will be grumpy. Oreo also likes to climb; he
climbs on his house, on his wheel, and on his food bowl. He specialty that
he's really good at is getting out of his cage, he is like an escape
artiest. My hamster Oreo likes to run on his wheel, he can run five to eight
miles (6-13 kilometers) on his wheel. He also gets exercises on his ball, he
goes in the ball and runs everywhere around my house, he just love to run.
Oreo also likes to eat, he eats peanuts, corn cornels, cereal, and more. He
also like to eat fruits and vegetables too! Oreo loves to be held, he also
loves it when you he climbs on you. Oreo is not like other hamsters, he goes
up against the glass and he waits there until he gets held. So I guess you
could say he's just not normal. Oreo also knows a few tricks: he goes through a
paper towel tube when you put your hand at the opposite end, he also will find
a treat anywhere around my house. He is very talented.
