This
is our one-year-old Russian Hamster, Cubby. My eight-year-old
daughter and her friend were playing in her Barbie House when they
decided to have Cubby join them in play. I guess my daughter thought he
looked like he had to go so she sat him on the potty. After the photo
session, Cubby was taken off and low and behold, he used the potty! Who
says hamsters aren't smart! :-)
Cubby is a great hamster. He loves to hang out with our three-year-old
dog, Princess. He likes to crawl all over her and hang out on her head.
It is good that he and Princess are friends, considering the size
difference between them. Cubby likes to have his head rubbed between his
ears, he closes his little eye and just seems to enjoy it. Gizmo doesn't
do tricks or anything too exciting, he is just a great hamster!
