Corky
is special because she was an orphan carnival prize at
Rocky Ford Melon Days and was sent to a reptile shelter in Longmont and
that's where I checked her out and adopted her. I'm twelve years old and
adopted her with money I made at a fund raiser.
Corky is very affectionate. She is the nicest green iguana you will ever
meet. She loves people. If I leave the house for a while her color will
turn very dark brown and she will become cranky, but when I come back
she will turn bright green and be very happy. One of her favorite things
to do is hang out on my shoulder. She also loves heat. In the summer
she will lie on our trampoline and bask in the sunlight.
