This
photo is of Ella (Miss Ella Fitzgerald is her full name), an albino
corn snake. Ella is almost nine months old and is just about a foot and a
half long. Ella was a little shy at first, but now she is ever so
curious, always on the move. Ella loves to explore my face and hair,
constantly weaving in and out, wondering what she'll find on the other
side.
When in her cage, Ella climbs to the highest point of her little tree
limb in an attempt to escape and do more exploring, not realizing she'll
never be able to get out without my help! Ella is the sweetest little
snake and wants nothing else than to explore around the house, and
occasionally curl up in her mom's hand (which happens to be mine!).
Ella, her mom, and dad live in Redding, California.
