Prince
is such a wonderful bird. He talks to you and says "Pretty boy
Prince" and chirps like crazy when he hears music. My daughter bought
him for me at Christmas time about eleven years ago and he has made
friends so far with three dogs and three cats. He flies himself around
the house and lands where ever he pleases. He enjoys eating millet and
rye bread.
When his wings are clipped (so he cannot fly away if startled), he loves
to sit outside and listen to all the other birds chirping and puts his
two cents in. He also loves it if you are wearing gold. He will just
keep on tugging and tugging on earrings or necklaces. Once in a while he
will do a special "jungle call" where he has a very throaty chirp and it
lasts for about five minutes! He is a lot of fun.
