This
is Mosh, a white capped Pinous. She's a year and a half old. We
live in Wasilla, Alaska... Brr! Mosh is glad she's inside, unlike that
bird in the window! Mosh loves to play. She knows a few very neat
tricks, like "upside down bird" and "lay on your back". She loves bath
time! She is a really great buddy!
She tends to be pretty independent, but she'll step on any finger
offered to her, though. She likes to sit on my lap and play with her
toys while we watch TV. She adores hanging upside down from her rooftop
while flapping her wings. She also likes to yell at the dogs when they
get too noisy! She is learning how to talk. She really just mumbles and
says SHHH, which is the end of her name! If you ask her if she wants
scratches, she will put her head down and fluff up her feathers for some
neck scratches. She also comes when called! If I ask her "Do you want to
play upside down bird?", she flips over my finger and hangs upside down.
If I put my hand under her while she is in this position, she will relax
and lay on my hand. She likes to play tug of war with me too! I love her
to death; I wouldn't trade her for the world!
