Eddie
is special because he is definitely One of a Kind! Agamas are "Old
World lizards," - his kind is from Africa originally - some people think
he's an iguana, but he's an Agama!
We got him from a friend who could no longer take care of him. Since we
have had him (2 1/2 years) we've upgraded his living style! We got him a
bigger home (terrarium) a hammock (where he spends most of his time) a
cool big tree where he can sleep inside of it, or just climb it.
He changes colors - his head turns bright orange, body and (under chin)
turns bright blue and his tail and legs can turn aqua green. He is very
fast and a great jumper ... he is my baby and I love him and he
loves us - we can tell. Many people don't think of lizards having
feelings but he definitely does, and he knows his people and is happiest
around us. He is fascinating and a really interesting guy.
