Hi,
I am Bernie. I am a very fuzzy, little, cute hamster (as you can
see)! I love to chew and hang off of my ceiling bars, which my mommy
thinks is very funny. Whenever I come up to my mommy, she gives me a
sunflower seed, my favorite treat. And I also really love to play hide
'n' go seek in my plastic tubes.
Bernie Is a really special hamster to me. I got him this summer at a
local Petsmart. Right when I saw him, I knew he was the one because he
looked so cute and friendly. But when we got home, and I was ready to
put him In his cage, he bit my finger so hard I almost had to go get
stitches! I guess the excitement of the day was just too stressful for
him. But the next day, he had calmed down. I left him In his cage for
two more days with food and water of course, and talked to him, and when
I finally picked him up, he was no longer angry, he cuddled up in my
hand and yawned! I was very happy. Now, I am so lucky to have a hamster
like Bernie, because he Is so funny, cute and cuddly!
