This
is my beautiful palomino filly named Pineapple. First off you might
be wondering about her unusual name. Since she's a palomino I wanted to
give her a name that associated with her color, but I wanted something
different than the usual "Sunny" or "Goldie." So I and my sister came up
with Pineapple, and it fits her very well because she's yellow and she's
very sweet, so now she's my "Little Pineapple."
I have had her just a little over a year now, and she has become my
greatest friend. Last summer I broke my foot and had a cast on for
several weeks, and every day I would hobble out on my crutches to see
her, and she would always come up to me instead of making me come to
her. I would even ride her bareback with my cast on and she was always
very careful with me and would go extremely slowly.
Since my foot healed, I have also taken her to two horse shows and she
has already won first place several times and she's only three years old.
All I have to do is ask and she's more than willing to give me 110%
every time. I ask and she constantly gives me her love, devotion, and
loyalty every time. She is my true friend, and I love her with all my
heart, and I hope to spend many long years with her.
