Ollie
loves playing football with a glass marble in her pen. She loves
to play in this wooden pen with her marble and likes hiding in the
tubes. She also goes into a jar in her pen as she knows that is where I
hide treats for her like nuts, cranberries and yoghurt drops. She also
likes to run on the settee at least once every night, climbing up the
cushions and onto anyone's lap, especially if they are eating, she likes
a snack as well such as a piece of crust or a piece of a biscuit.
She is friendly and speedy as well so I have to be careful if I let her
run on the floor free. I usually put fresh, dry food in her cage every
night and last thing at night she usually gets a few pieces of vegetable
and a small piece of apple, she is also partial to the odd small grape.
When she goes back in her cage last thing at night, she has a series of
tubing leading down to the pen on the floor, so she can go in and out
all night long if she wishes. She also runs about in a plastic
freedom-ball as well and hides behind furniture or under the piano,
occasionally we will find her curled up in her ball lying in front of
the fire. On a few occasions, I have heard her rolling the marble around
the pen in the early hours of the morning.
