This
is Marley, he is a male parakeet. I bought him for my preschool
and then fell in love with him over the weekend... and just couldn't
give him up.
He is starting to learn things - he will get on my finger, for example,
but when he is out in the atrium, he will run and run. He is a silly
bird. He also loves himself... anytime he can get to a mirror, he just
admires himself for hours and hours. I guess when the bird in the mirror
is that good-looking, it's understandable!
I have two young boys who absolutely adore Marley, too. And over time,
we hope to all get to know each other even better.
