This
is my pet parrot, Pearl. She is two years old and is still growing.
She is special to me in many ways. I have had her ever since she was
born. She knows at least thirteen to fourteen words all of which she has learned
through my everyday use of them. She loves pumpkin seeds. She loves to
walk up the stairs, and just adores exploring my toys. An interesting
fact about pionus parrots is that they just love the sound of a vacuum
cleaner. Pearl likes to "play," more like destroy my green plastic
soldiers. She can only make one whistle even though pionus parrots are
well known whistlers. Pearl and I both love cereal, and shiny jewelry,
like little charms. She is my favorite pet and I love her sooooo much.
Lastly her nickname is Godzilla because she loves to chew up her
plastic army men.
