Dingleberry
was from an unwanted litter. We knew nothing about looking
after a bunny as we had never had one before, so it was expected
that she would live outside. We weren't prepared with any
accommodation, however, so she ended up living in the lounge room under
the coffee table and it didn't take us long to fall head over heels for
her. She's really smart and very clever and funny.
Three years later, Dingle's now a very spoiled bunny. She's
litter-trained and is never caged. She has her own bedroom with a view
of the garden where she sleeps, but her favorite spot is in the
loungeroom next to us watching the tv. She loves being patted gently on
the head and around her ears and she loves to lick to say thank you.
She's very good at grooming us as well but sometimes she's a bit rough
when she starts digging at my head. She loves hay, parsley, bok choy
and chicory.
Dingleberry is very special to our family as she has taught us how
wonderful bunnies can be as indoor companion animals.
