This
is Princess Jasmine, Jazzy for short, my goat. She is very
special in many ways. I bought her when she was seven weeks old from a
woman who told me she was the only surviving kid out of a litter of
four. The others had sadly frozen to death. She was bottle fed up
until I got her. I brought her home and she fit right in. She loved
it here, she followed me around wherever I went, even in the house. She
got along with the cat, the dogs, and the ducks. I took her hiking a lot
around my property. I have twelve acres and lots of trails around my house.
After a while I figured out she loved to go for car rides. I would
take her everywhere. My friends houses, school sometimes, and to some
parks. People who see her in my car always want to see her and pet her.
Everyone knows her and loves her.
For a while I thought maybe she was lonely here but only for a short
while. My cousin lives here with me and she now has eight Nigerian Dwarf
goats of her own. So Jazzy has lots of friends now and she is very
happy. She robs my grandmother's bird feeders and duck food. She gets
into a whole bunch of mischief, but no one minds. They all think she's
so funny. Jazzy is so special because she has such a great personality
and I don't know what I would do without her.
