||Nine months old|
||Dwarf lop-eared rabbit|
Kipper - he's nine months old, but thinks he's still a kit. Kipper's
favorite pastimes are running around and seeing how high he can jump. He
thinks he's too big to be cuddled, but if you don't look at him for a
while he jumps up onto the sofa to be with you. If I'm lying on the
floor he likes to sit on my back and bounce around. He will eat pretty
much anything - and always tries to eat our African grey parrot's food.
Quincey (the parrot) encourages this by saying "Come on" whenever Kipper
is near, and by throwing food down for him to eat. He once ate a chilli
pepper with some not very pleasant consequences, so he seems to have
learnt not to do that again.
He's really cute, and captures everyone's heart - even the vet went
gooey when we took him for a check up - and he ended up being paraded
around the waiting room so all the other patient's owners could see how
cute he is. Kipper has a toy stuffed-dog, which sometimes he fights
with, but mostly he goes to sleep cuddling up to it.
