Lucky
is a well-traveled rabbit, he flew from Boston to Milwaukee for
Thanksgiving (he slept under the seat in front of me for the flight!)
From Milwaukee, Lucky joined us on a trip to Chicago! In Chicago, Lucky
enjoyed the fine bunny-friendly accommodations at Hotel Monaco, went
shopping on Michigan Ave., and joined us for some Mexican food, although
he only got a sprig of parsley. On the way home Lucky was able to
experience the Boston public transportation system: the electric bus and
the subway. He is not a stranger to travel, he used to commute with me
to work every day, about 100 miles each way; fortunately he is very laid
back and loves to relax in the car.
Lucky is unusual for a rabbit, he loves to be held and will even jump
into your lap if you are sitting on the ground. Although he has a condo
that he shares with his spayed girlfriend, he prefers to hang out on the
couch or in bed, snuggled under the blankets. He loves meeting new
people, and will nudge your hand until you pet him. We absolutely adore
Lucky and look forward to many more adventures with him!
