Satch
is a beautiful bird! He defies everything you have ever read
about the temperamental Moluccan Cockatoo! Satch is very special
because he really enjoys people. He is not a 'one person bird' and
enjoys time with both my husband and I. This bird adds a special ray of
sunshine to our days with his desire to show off for us and his comical
personality. While he is the world's biggest show off, he is also a
very hands-on bird and loves to snuggle and to be petted and held.
Satch displays none of the temperamental, disturbing things I have read
about Moluccan cockatoos as pets. We have had him since he was a baby
and he's fulfilled all of our expectations of him and many more.
