This
is my pet Iguana. I won't know the gender of my iguana until it is
older, but until then, I will consider my iguana a male. His name is Koa
(ko uh). I do not know his exact age, but I do believe that he is
anywhere from six months to one year old. I bought him at the local pet
store, Pet Market, for the price of $20. He feeds on all leafy greens,
flowers and vegetables. He is very aggressive when I enter his room. He
becomes very territorial, showing aggression and bares his little teeth,
and sometimes even uses his tail as a weapon. His room is a large
"walk-in" closet. I think it's ideal, due to the fact that he will
become 5-6 feet long within a few years. Although he is very aggressive
in his room, when he is out of it, he is gentle as a dove. He is
interesting and I look forward to having him for years to come.
