The
fuzzy one I wish to show all of you is my rat, Zoe. She's a standard
ear, standard coat silvered black Berkshire, and getting a little on the
chubby side (but it almost makes her cuter). Zoe has three loves -
food, sleep, and scritches. She spends her days lounging by the cage
door until I walk into the room, in which case she jumps up and starts
begging for treats and snuggles (And of course, I oblige, although the
treats are being cut down because of her weight gain, the little piggy!)
Zoe lives with my two other girls, her sister and stepsister, but of
them all is the friendliest and the most squishable - she has been
likened to a big, stuffed bear - soft, warm, and incredibly sweet. She
has charmed even the most vehement rat haters into wanting to pet her
fuzzy little head, and everyone who meets her falls in love with my
chubby little sweetheart.
