Pearl
is 15' 2 hands tall, and her coloring is called gray/flea bitten,
which isn't as pretty a name as she deserves for her lovely coat. Pearl,
once a busy lesson horse at a local riding stable, today enjoys the
leisured life of retirement. In her prime, Pearl was an excellent jumper
and pleasure horse who earned her keep until a knee injury changed her
life forever.
Pearl was given to me and today she leads a wonderful quiet life. She is
turned out all day long to graze, roam, sun herself or cavort playfully
with the deer, turkeys, cats and a bassett hound that wander through her
paddock. Pearl is a very pretty, even tempered well-mannered horse who
loves to be brushed and fussed with. She is a joy to have!
