Bob
is special because he's fat and he loves hopping around in a plastic
hamster ball! I got Bob from the pet store I work at, after falling in
love with his cute little self. My friend offered to buy him for me for
a ride to the bank, so I used my gas and got a frog! He was then the
size of a nickel and is now about four-five inches wide. He's not that
difficult to care for, if you can handle watching him slurp down a mouse
or two. He's not for the tenderhearted mouse lover. My frog Bob has a
ten gallon terrarium, where he like to bathe in the heat of his lamp.
Ornate Horned Frogs, or Pac-Man frogs, are known to be aggressive toward
anything that moves, even their owners fingers, but he has never tried
to bite me or anyone else. But you must keep them alone because they
will eat each other. He gets very upset very easily. He recently had a
room change and he sat in the corner and pouted for almost three days before
he would eat. When I'm cleaning his tank, I put him in one of those
plastic balls that are used for hamsters and he actually likes it! For
the most part Bob is a loner and sleeps twenty hours of the day, but he has
a special place in my heart!
