||Deceased, Three years old|
was my introduction into the cavy world and was the most
contented out of the three pigs I have and would happily let you pick
her up and cuddle her. Fiercely independent, Pigwig stood no nonsense
from her piggy friends but loved to curl up on anyone's lap so long as
it was soft and warm and fall asleep almost immediately after a few
licks and nibbles on specially selected fingers!
Although content and friendly with humans, she showed her annoyance
with her companions very vocally through her loud squeaks of displeasure
and if any one pig dared show any rebellion a quick chin butt soon put
them into place! She loved fresh grass and Romaine and was always first
up against the cage bars when she heard food coming, pushing aside the
others to get the biggest, greenest leaf! She also enjoyed lazing in
her hammock and in her usual fashion pushing the others aside to get on
Sadly Pigwig is no longer with us. She is very sorely missed and will
be remembered forever.
