Melody is such a sweet horse. Everyone at the barn calls him
Junior because of his personality. He is one of the sweetest horses
I've ever met despite his cute face. He loves to gallop around his
field chasing all the bigger horses around. He is only 15.1 hands high,
but his heart is the size of a draft horse.
Junior's favorite treats are the favored carrots, apples, and
peppermints. He'll even shake his head "yes" if I ask him if he wants a
treat. He's such a smart horse. In his spare time, he lets me ride
him. We have a lot of fun but also get a lot of work done. Junior's a
pleasure to ride but he still has a goofy streak in him, as do most five
year olds. He always has something new up his sleeve, and that's what
makes him so much fun to ride and work with!
