Hi!
I'm Mack (the one on the left) and Donnie is my "brother"... two wild
and crazy guineas! Every holiday my mom dresses us up in silly costumes
(we guess just to amuse herself). We both are from a guinea pig rescue.
I'm three years old and Donnie is one and a half. Our owners are Rachel and
Madison. We live in big guinea pig condos... separately of course because
we didn't get along too well at first! Now we just like our own space!
Donnie here is the loud one. He comes off looking all shy and everything
but boy can he whistle like a kettle! He lets Rachel know when it's
feeding time especially when she's getting ready for school. My mom says
I'm "Mr. Personality," I like to be the center of attention and when I'm
not happy everybody knows it! I am a very picky eater: you know,
romaine lettuce... never iceberg! I like to jump off of my owner's
shoulder and unfortunately I broke my teeth... my mom had to hand feed
me bits of veggies... this took about an hour twice a day. I love all
the attention, so I plan to keep jumping! My hobbies include eating
watching TV and reading (well eating) books and magazines.
Donnie loves to cuddle around your neck. Rachel insists he doesn't have
a back bone because he curls up like a doughnut. He is not as picky an
eater, but his food has to be cut up for him in a certain way. We have
two beagles that live with us. At first they wanted to eat us but now
they just lick us! We have a great home, and a great life. We agree -
being adopted from the guinea pig rescue was the best thing that ever
happened to us!
