Sammy
is special because he is the son of my first guinea pig who died
just after giving birth to him. He is gentle and he is going to be dad
very soon! Sammy is affectionate and loves to be held. He will spend
hours on my lap! He talks so much and 'purrs' when he is happy. If he
wants my attention he calls me with his squeaks. He will stand on his
hind legs and beg for fresh carrots and apple pieces. His favorite
game is hiding in a towel when I hold him on my lap. He has a wife who
lives with him now so he isn't as demanding of my attention! I don't
mind his demanding my attention though, because I love to hold him and
he loves to be held. He has never bitten anyone. I think this is
because I held him within minutes of his birth, and raised him myself
because of his mother's death, and have not stopped holding him!
