Pig
came to us from a home where she hadn't really been handled for the
first few months of her life. She was so timid it took us months to gain
her confidence, but now she's very bold! As you can see, she will
happily pose for the camera. Her official name is Abbey but that's only
used on formal occasions, like when she goes to the vets. Pig can't see
because of dense cataracts, but she uses her nose to navigate and she
has very sharp hearing. She is very verbal in her endless requests for
food (especially tomato, which she is nibbling in this picture!) and
will dance around with delight if she gets a surprise. We love her
little pink feet and the wispy bits of hair behind her ears. She smells
lovely and warm when cuddled. She's great!
