Ginger
is special because she is the first guinea pig I have ever seen
and later on become my first furry pet. She manage to get my attention
at the pet shop by calling out to me. I was mesmerized by the sultry
sound of her voice. I then had a discussion with my boyfriend and
decided to bring her home with us. She was pretty small at that time
as she was only 1 month old but right now I think she is as fast as any
adult guinea pig. oops! We fed her well. She had dried food, alfalfa, and
all kinds of veggies and fruits. Yummy! Her favorite fruits are Fujis
apple and watermelon!
Oh yes, Ginger has a bad habit of not eating her greens unless she
is hand-fed. That way she can have more attention. We can tell that
she love us as she would frequently lick our hands to show her love and
concern for us. I think her favorite human is my boyfriend's
mum. Nevertheless, Ginger is gentle and lovely pet!
