Spice
is the most adorable bird. He doesn't really do tricks, but when I
weaned him off the porridge food and onto crumbles, he only liked being
fed with a spoon. So now he holds the spoon himself, while he eats his
crumbles.
Spice is a very fussy little bird, he only eats the most expensive
fruit, like mangoes and pawpaws. He doesn't eat the boring stuff like
apples and oranges. He's only really affectionate to me (his mom). Spice
tolerates my sister but doesn't like it when my mother touches him. He
will gladly sit on her shoulder but as soon as the hand comes up so does
his feathers. He is a real Momma's bird and he's just too cute!
