This
is my ferret Lou. First called Louie, because I thought it fit the
little stripe of fur in the store. I was told it was male, but when I
took him home, I noticed a few months later that it was indeed a she,
so I shortened it to Lou, which fits just as well! Second of two
ferrets, she's absolutely fabulous!! She's about nine months old and can't
be more than a pound or two. She loves her roommate Buzz, even though
he's twice her size. She's the one who'll always go back for more!
She's sweet and never bites anybody, except me and her roommate, but
it's because she likes to play so much. It's funny to see her dragging
her five pound friend across the floor! She can make me giggle anytime, no
matter what! And I wouldn't trade her for the world... I think I'm
pretty lucky to have picked her up whenever I had the chance!
