Giuseppe
is a very sweet-natured little parrotlet. Every morning when he
wakes up I still can't believe how cute and tiny he is. Everything he
does is cute. And he's always coming up with new ways to be cute. One of
his favorite things to do is to rest in my hand and recently this has
evolved into spending a lot of time preening those hard-to-reach places
while he's there. As you can see, he gets pretty relaxed. His other
favorite thing to do is eat. He's very interested in trying new foods
and his list of favorites is constantly changing. He especially loves
corn on the cob, strawberries, green beans, sweet potatoes, and oatmeal.
But he won't eat any of these favorites unless you are eating them too.
He may weigh in at only 32 grams, but he has a mighty presence wherever
he goes. I take him to work sometimes and everyone loves him there...
and he loves to sleep in my pocket during meetings!
