Vega
is a sky blue Danish budgie and Nova is a light green budgie. Our
birds fly free in our apartment, where they have a cage full with food
and two big climbing trees.
Vega came to us when he was only five weeks old. He's a very social bird
who loves everybody and everything. He is a real performer and he can
talk, sing and dance for hours! He is very good at football, too. When
we play, he usually wins. You can't imagine how fast he is with the
ball. Unfortunately he was sick last month, but today he is just fine,
so Nova and I can relax.
Nova is one of the most beautiful budgies I have ever seen. She is very
careful too. When Vega was sick, she took very good care of him. She sat
by his side, tilted her head, blinked with her eyes and hummed for him.
She looked so concerned. Guess who was happy, when we let Vega out of
the cage after his illness ;)? They are two good birds who fill our days
with joy.
