Mikki
was actually born in South Africa, where I previously lived. He
then joined me in my new place of residence, in Germany. He lives
together with myself and my boyfriend. Although he is my pet, he
absolutely loves my boyfriend best. When he is around, I get demoted to
a persona non grata! But, nevertheless, he is a very special pet. He
does not talk too much. He says: "hello," "bye-bye," "mom" and calls my
boyfriend by his name. He loves to eat junk food, but only gets it on
very special occasions. He is a very well-mannered bird. He would never
poop on your shoulder. When he needs to go, he gets very edgy, and
indicates that it's time to take him off one's shoulder and only when
he is off will he do his "business." He is a very special bird to me.
