A
real character, Christmas is not at all shy, very messy and loves
climbing (he thinks he's a hamster!) - although not particularly agile
at it! Christmas came to live with me in October '02 and has since
become the escape artist of the three guinea pigs I have (two females).
Twice he's managed to clamber over and out of his cage; once by nudging
aside the lid and making his way over the 16-inch tall cage wall! He is
neutered. He's a real wheeker and once he hears footsteps over the
stairs - a sure indicator that food is coming - he will wheek the whole
place down until he gets what he wants! He eats anything in front of him
and his hobbies include purring at the ladies, nibbling on toes and
fingers, and popcorning.
