We
brought home our new additions in mid-November after searching every
pet store in New Jersey to find the perfect one and ended up falling in
love with two at a not-so-local pet store. Their names are Gizmo and
Fluffy, though my two-year-old son calls them Fluffy and Fluffy.
Gizmo(left) is playful and enjoys being held while watching TV, while
Fuzzy (right) is more the boss of the cage and likes the comfort of his
home. At feeding time you can hear them both squeak out loud until their
bowls is full of veggies.
They love to be held and petted and go crazy for carrots and apples.
They are one of the best and easiest pets to have and since I have such
bad allergies and cannot have cats or dogs, to both of my children Gizmo
and Fluffy are just like having two puppies in the house.
We would not trade these two in for anything. They get along great with
our children and are very timid and lovable at the same time. They have
been a great addition to our family.
