These
are my two guinea pigs, Xaver and Fred (I also call them Xavi &
Freddy. They are not only my pets, they are also my friends. I formerly
wanted a dog, but I didn't get one. Then I saw guinea pigs, and fell in
love with them! I got Xaver and Fred after my first cavy died. They are
young so they are still somewhat timid, but I love them already!
Xaver has got big, black eyes and a small nose. Xaver has a special
talent because he can do big jumps while screaming at the same time.
Fred's head is black and brown but her body is white. Fred likes
playing with my plush animals. Their favorite food is grass, and they
also love eating apples, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, timothy, hay and
seed, and in winter, parsley. And they love water, too. When they're
hungry and hear seeds plinking into their dish, then they start
running without thinking!
