This
is Avi, my pearl cockatiel. I don't know whether my cockatiel is a
male or a female! I think he is a male, but, really this isn't important
for me because I love him just the same, no matter what gender he or she is.
Avi is a very lovable and affectionate cockatiel. He came to live with me
three months ago, when he was just a one-month-old baby, and he has
learned to whistle like me. Avi loves jump over the keyboard, likes to
prick at my earrings and likes to sit in that glass basket - maybe he
thinks it is a fancy nest! I hope that Avi will learn a lot more things
as he grows, and that he stays with me for years to come. Avi is a very
special bird.
