Rascal
has a dark sable coat and silver feet. He was going to be
destroyed because his first owner passed away and no one wanted him. My
wife Jayne and I decided to take him in to find him a new home. He
brought us so much joy and laughter we couldn't give him up! With his
antics and sweet child-like disposition he captured my wife Jayne's and
my heart. He is such a funny little weezil we can hardly stand it!
Rascal is like a very young, curious, hyperactive child. He loves to
"steal" things and horde them in his favorite hiding places. He loves
shiny objects and has a thing for stealing raw potatoes that sometimes
weigh more than he does! He is always on the go when he is out of his
cage. He has just recently began letting us hold him for very short
periods without squirming to get down and investigate more important
weezil stuff!
He has brought us more joy and laughter than we have had in a
very long time. We could not stand to see him leave! One of his favorite
tricks is to get under an empty laundry basket and push it all around
the house. He has discovered he can push it to where he wants it and
then get on top and use it as a step stool to reach things. He is a very
independent weezil and is becoming more affectionate the longer he is
here. He is way cool!
