Silvergrey
is about six weeks old. This tame rat lives at Leeuwarden,
the Netherlands. He's very curious, sweet and good natured. Silvergrey
loves to climb up my neck and sleep in my shirt pocket.
He lives with two aunts and a sister in a nice big cage full of toys
and platforms, ropes, and such. It's fun to feed them treats. It is
also lovely to see them build a warm nest, with so much energy and
zest. Silvergrey likes to help, but enjoys the result even more!
