Duncan
is a blue-agouti dumbo rat. He lives with his cagemates Justin,
Fletcher, and Blue Bear in Los Alamos, New Mexico. He loves to give
kisses and is a soft cute boy. Rats are very sweet and affectionate
creatures, especially hand-raised fancy rats from responsible breeders!
Duncan is very affectionate. He enjoys having his back scratched and
will excitedly run up to the cage door whenever I enter the room. He
likes to ride on my shoulder and lounge on my desk when I use the
computer. His favorite trick is rather silly - if I open my mouth, he
will peer inside, playing dentist. He loves green peas and will go
fishing for them in a tub of water. It's funny to watch him feeling for
peas under the water with his front paws and dunking his head to search
for them too! However, he only likes the inside of the peas, removing
the outer round shell. He's a great rat who enjoys both human and rat
company!
