I
got Beta because I had just lost another hamster (Byte) and he and
his brother (Alpha) were the only two males in the cage so I got them
both. Beta is the cutest little hamster on earth. He is the best
little critter. He loves stale bread and well... he's darn cute! He is
also obsessed with grooming, as you can see. He is a very alert
hamster. He hardly ever bites me and he loves attention! If only I
could get him to pose for the camera more often. He has many nicknames.
Among those are Fluff-ball, Fatty, Fatso, Plumpy, Cutie-pie, and the
ever popular Hammy!
