Tiny
is maybe my favorite of the ten or so frogs I keep. He is small
right now (at least by Pyxie frog standards) at only 4 inches out of
his potential of 9 inches if he is a male. He is the most voracious of
any frog I have ever kept, feeding on mice, fish, crickets,
earthworms, and anything else that happens to fall into his cage every
week! His favorite repast seems to be my fingers, which are a delicacy
limited to when I try to change his bedding. While you are watching
him, he is probably thinking, "I wonder if that will fit in my mouth?"
