PBJ,
short for Peanut Butter and Jelly, is a Cinnamon Dominant
Spot Syrian Hamster. She was named by my three-year-old daughter who
thought she looked like the color of peanut butter on bread. She
is now a retired breeder who produced three very healthy litters
of pups.
PBJ is one of the calmest and friendliest hamsters that we have
ever owned. One of her favorite things is to do is play in my
little girl's doll house. She loves to clime in and out of the
windows and under the furniture. We have also caught sneaking a
lost Barbie shoe back to her nest in her cheek pouch. Her
favorite treat is pumpkin seeds. She is very special to my
daughter and my family.
