Mr.
Peabody is sweet and gentle and he loves to be in the middle of
everything! Peabody was a tiny little thing when we got him, only four
weeks old. When we brought him home he got really sick with wet tail and
almost died. We gave him medicine, pepto, and baby food every day. He
even had his own heating pad! He improved immediately, but he sure gave
us a scare. Today he's a happy little guy and spends his days running
around on the couch, in his ball, or on the wheel in his cage. He loves
to eat but never takes more than he wants; he is the only hamster we've
had that never stuffs his cheeks! Peabody likes to have his head
scratched and to have his fur brushed. His favorite activity involves
chewing on everything, and we have to constantly watch what is within
his reach! He uses his feet like little hands by reaching and holding on
to everything. His nickname should be Mr. Mischievous!
