Elsie
was born on Good Friday 2000 - it was a great Friday! She is a
wonderful pet who loves to be held and kissed and have her picture
taken. Her nickname is "Miss Personality." She lives with her mom,
Sophie and their pal, Angel. Even though she is the baby of the bunch
she tries to be the boss by stealing food right out of the mouth of
her mom and Angel. She will push them both aside to get the first
piece of Romaine lettuce. She will drag the leaf across the cage, take
two or three bites and then go steal someone else's! She is the first
one to jump in the hayrack when it gets loaded up. She also looks
forward to her morning hugs and kisses as she jumps up into my hand
each morning when I go to say hello. When she hears a plastic bag she
squeeks and squeals so loud. The other two just sit there in silence
and let her do all the talking. She also has a habit of chirping and
singing like a bird in the middle of the night. Here she models her
witch hat she will be wearing for Halloween as we open the door to the
trick-or-treaters.
