This
is Bobby Lee, a Congo African Grey Parrot. He lives with his
human parents, Bob and Carol, in Cartersville, Georgia, which is
northwest of Atlanta. He talks constantly and keeps us constantly
amused. We have had Bobby Lee since he was five weeks old and have always
talked to him like he is our baby. Now he understands everything we
say to him, and even argues with us! He makes no "bird sounds" at
all, just talks like we do. He also sings and knows several songs
including the "poop song" that he made up himself. When he is
aggravated with us he tells us he is going to spank us. He eats
"people food", too. For breakfast he loves pancakes. On days I don't
fix pancakes, he just has a buttered biscuit and two strips of bacon.
From his cage he can see the guest bathroom. When someone comes out
of the bathroom, he is nosy and asks, "Did you poop?"
