This
is Tiki. He's a sable ferret. Tiki is one of six little fuzzbutts
that live with me. He is probably the most mellow of the six, however
he still likes to get into trouble, a trait common to ferrets ( :) as
any ferret owner will agree, I'm sure). He usually likes to play by
himself, until coerced, or more often ambushed by one or more of the
other five. He, Kayla, Danny, Rocky, Daisy and Joey are wonderful, and
brighten each day with their new mischievous adventures.
Tiki is somewhat independent, and usually needs a little coaxing to
play, but once he gets going he jumps around, all the while "dooking"
(the cool noise happy ferrets make). He likes to play in the twenty-foot
dryer vent hoses I buy for the bunch to play in and usually tries to
pull the hose under the couch. Tiki also is the only one of the six
that stands up on his back legs to look around (kinda like a bear or
meerkat). He also likes to go for towel rides on the kitchen linoleum
floor. He gets along well with all the other ferrets and everyone that
meets him loves him.
