My
name is Jefferson and I am a turkey (that's a Meleagris
gallopavo). I can do neat tricks, too, like wave and make a peace
sign. I protect my family and let them know when someone comes up into
the yard. I will also Gobble-Gobble when I see my favorite food
jumping (grasshoppers). And no, in case you're wondering, I will not
being joining my family on the table for Thanksgiving!
