This
is Mosby, a Timneh African Grey parrot. He's named for Col. John
S. Mosby, the Grey Ghost of Civil War fame. He was born on Valentine's
Day, 2001, which makes him about five months old in this photograph.
He is fascinated by the skylights in the bird room and will stare up
at the moving clouds and outside birds flying by all day. I think he
looks so intelligent, like he's pondering the meaning of life. :)
